Regular Weekly Hall Lettings

Hall Bookings

We hire out our hall and ancillary rooms for parties, sales, fayres and other events.

The hall fire limit is 60 people.

We also have disco and kitchen facilities available.

Our hall can be blacked out and digital rear projection, microphones and WIFI are available. (Just bring your own Lap Top. VGA or HDMI output required for projection)

The normal hire cost for parties is £85 for hall and Disco/DJ.

If only the hall is required for parties the cost is £75.

Please note that this covers up to 4 hours which must include any setting up and clearing away. Any excess hours will be charged at an extra £10 per hour or part of an hour.

The minimum hire cost, even for charities is £25.

For parties you can download our APPLICATION FORM and SAFEGUARDING FORM save the blank forms to your computer, then open them with Adobe (close your browser and then double click the file name - probably "Hall Party Application" and "Safeguarding") and complete with the "Sign" part of Adobe Reader, save the updated files (check to make sure they are updated) and then email to alan@trinitymethodist.church

Please note that our hall is only available for parties with younger children, for a maximum of one 4 hour session, from 1pm to 10pm on Saturdays. (We no longer allow parties for teenage children)

The session must include enough time to set up at the beginning and clear up at the end of the event as we do not have a paid caretaker.

We have our own built in very up to date disco that is used for the Youth Group. If our D.J. is available this can be used and our D.J. also helps with parties for younger children.
